Blueberries are in season here in New England! I was fortunate to get out picking yesterday before the rainstorms came in. Lots of highbush blueberries for this cute recipe, if my family doesn’t eat them all first.
Gina at She Knows has created these individual pies using the lid of the mason jar. She also uses already made pie crust from the store. Just roll it out and use the ring portion of the lid for a guide. Very creative! I have plenty of lids from my jars that I like to use as drinking glasses.
