Marshmallow Dreidels (Kid-Friendly)

November 15, by Meaghan Mountford. 4 Comments

marsh.dreidelsA reader requested ideas for kid-friendly, edible Hanukkah crafts. Here are some cute marshmallow dreidels from Martha Stewart Kids (oh how I miss that magazine). I’ll keep my eye out for more! And a side note to the reader, if you’ve not already found it, FamilyFun.com offers an endless supply of edible treats that preschoolers can make, though their Hanukkah selection is lacking.

I thought marshmallows contained nonkosher gelatin. Cute idea, though.

You’re absolutely right Alex! But luckily, you can buy kosher marshmallows (for example, try here http://usa.kosher.com/) You can even find kosher gelatin for homemade recipes. Good point to raise 🙂
