I don’t bake a lot, especially in the summer. So when it starts to cool or we have a rainy day,and I want to bake. Brown sugar is always my downfall. Either I don’t have it or it is in brick form. I’ve tried all the tricks to keep it fresh.
Thanks to Kim at Today’s Creative Blog, I don’t have to worry about it anymore. She teaches us how to use granulated sugar and mix it with molasses.
I may never buy brown sugar again! Okay, I’ll just make sure I always have a jar of molasses on hand for emergencies and molasses cookies.
