Today is the 100th birthday of the legendary Julia Child. If you’re in Washington, DC, the Smithsonian’s American History Museum is hosting a day full of events to celebrate. Read more about it HERE. I’m lucky enough to live in Washington DC, and although I can’t enjoy the events today, I get to visit her kitchen at the museum often (when my kid lets me take a detour in the museum to see the exhibits I actually want to see).
