It’s not often I post on a “mere” recipe. I hesitate with the word “mere,” for great recipes don’t deserve that adjective, but I mean those recipes such as mac n’ cheese that can’t justify the “edible crafts” label. But when you make mac n’ cheese in a really clever way, then I fudge the definition a bit.
