Easy as Pie!
This really is an easy recipe. The Kitchen Magpie lets you know the ingredients needed to whip up the coconut mixture for the pie. You can do that while the pie crust is baking. The crust is the only item that has to bake.
She uses colored coconut shreds and mini chocolate eggs to decorate the top of the pie.
I would like to try this in a mini pie version to look like individual bird nests.
