    can anyone tell me where i can buy the plastic backing for this… i’m looking for it for another project and i can’t find it anywhere.

    Did out the original source/post over at “do it yourself”? They used industrial lighting covers, probably from a place like HOme Depot. But I bet you could use something comparable from Home Depot or other comparable store. Or a hardware store?
