I’ve posted plenty on kid-friendly sweet sushi before, but this version from Hot and Healthy Mom that my co-editor sent me was too good to resist. I love the sophisticated, grown-up feel of the step-by-step photos that show the rolling and cutting process when the reader knows those are Rice Krispie treats and licorice twists in there. Hmm. Perhaps I’m over-analyzing. I should head back to grad school. Anyway, HERE are the how-tos.
