It’s Mardi Gras time! I feel bad that it is so cold down there today. Have you ever had a beignet before? Once you have had one, you can’t stop eating them. It’s a good thing the recipe is for a small batch from Dessert for Two because you will probably eat half the batch yourself. Remember it is Fat Tuesday, so no guilty feelings eating this fried goodness! I like dipping beignets into warm chocolate sauce or blueberry syrup! Heaven!
