It’s the new year and more than half of the people have made a resolution to eat healthier and exercise. I will try to do more of both, but didn’t make it my resolution. Why? Because I always fail. I do great for a few weeks and then back to my old routine. You will find recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, salads and snacks. Plenty of recipes to keep your resolution or maybe just new ones to replace your old recipes.
