Since we started a sugar free diet in the household, we need to figure out a new way to celebrate Valentine’s Day without sugar, chocolate, and baked goods. Also, it is best not to teach your children that every holiday is about the candy. I know, I know…let them be kids and have candy during the holidays. Of course, a healthy snack at night is better than the sugary one before bed.
