Melissa from BlessThisMessPlease, has created a 2 week eating plan that contains no refined flours, sugars or processed foods.
It is a plan with a budget and it is entirely do-able. Of course, the issue here is how you get kids to not be tempted by junk foods that they see on ads, from other kids and entire laziness.
That is why I think this plan actually works. Because it is full of food that is actually yummy. And something that will keep the kids fuller for longer.
